ABOUT
Liv is a Sydney-based immersive visual artist and composer whose multidisciplinary practice explores the intersections of sound, space, and visual experience. Her work is driven by a desire to bridge the natural world with the digital—juxtaposing native flora and fauna against generative systems, projection technologies, and interactive audiovisual environments.
A director at Signature Sound, Liv brings a unique blend of classical music training, experimental sound design, and visual art to her installations. Her practice frequently centres around immersive, audio-reactive environments that evolve in real time—blurring the boundaries between sculpture, performance, and place.
A 2023 graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and a recipient of the Dean’s List for Excellence in Academic Performance as well as The Elizabethan Theatre Trust Ladies’ Committee Scholarship for Piano, Voice or Orchestral Instruments, Liv has developed a strong conceptual and technical foundation across disciplines. Her passion for interactive media has led to commissions for festivals, cultural events, and hospitality venues across Australia.
Liv’s recent work transforms ecological motifs—plants, animals, and natural textures—into digitally manipulated forms that respond to sound and motion. These installations invite audiences to consider the tension between the organic and the artificial, the enduring and the ephemeral.
By blending her compositional background with responsive visual media, Liv creates meditative, sensory-rich spaces that challenge conventional modes of experiencing art. Her installations aim not only to engage but to immerse—dissolving the line between viewer and artwork, while prompting reflection on our evolving relationship with nature in a digital age.
